Some of the users on the Pioneer Trail have reported that they are having issues with the Hammer Forge. Basically, they were able to acquire all the items needed to complete the hammer forge but when they tried to complete the mission, the game reported a bug and automatically resets. Can you share any tips with those who are still trying to complete the Hammer Forge mission? In the mean time, here are some comments from fellow Frontierville players.
I think it's probably because you didn't get it finished until they "turned it off". Although it does sometimes give collectibles, its main purpose was turned off when we reached the billion hammers. A couple of other people have posted the same issue, and I'm assuming it's because you're trying to put it together too late.
It wont work anyway, my sister finished hers after the billion hammers were collected, gave nothing out. CS told her that its useless.
I have acquired everything to finish my hammer forge, but when I finish it, it reports a bug and then resets as if I have yet to finish. I would greatly appreciate this glitch getting fixed as I am VERY TIRED of completing it and having no success.

Tree Mastery - Orange Mission on Pioneer Trail
Are you having trouble with the Tree Mastery mission on the Pioneer Trail? One user have complained that there are no orange trees for one to do this mission, unless you pay ten horseshoes in the market. As of now, we don't know of any other way to obtain orange trees in the Pioneer Trail. If you would like to share any tips then please share with us using the comment form below. In the mean time, here are some comments from fellow Pioneer Trail players.
I started the lemon and my daughter started the apricot, and we can't even finish part 1 because we aren't getting any groundhogs.. not from potatoes, tomatoes, or pumpkin or clover! waiting for peas for the respect mission, maybe from that we can get some.. lol
I thought the Orange Trees would be collected from the wall as a gift from others when they completed a quest, like the Badgers were. But no we gotta buy them. BTW there is NO PART IV, there are only 3 missions, after that there are the 4 Mastery missions that you start manually from the Thinking Tree.
I stupidly started this one as well, dont have 200 HS to buy the oranges and wouldn't even if I had 200. Hopefully they will be available as free gifts.
Hopefully, Zynga will put the orange tree in the free gift section soon! I am also stuck with this mission and cannot complete.

Pioneer Trails Players incensed by new commenting feature for collecting gifts
Many Pioneer Trails players are incensed that they have to start commenting whenever they collect gifts in the game. Of course, we can understand why Zynga did it from their point of view as this would increase the exposure of the game to those on a player's friend list. That said, many are now angry about this change. Here are some comments from fellow Pioneer Trail players regarding this issue.
I hadn't gotten it yet but not sure I want to comment on every thing I click on either as normally playing another game when I do wall post.
I am not so much annoyed by having to type something into the comment box, as by the fact, that all of my neighbours comments get sent to me as notifications. I can sure do without all that spam in my notifications.
they did this cause the bonus checkers were shut down,or thats what I been reading
I only get the comment box for 2 of my friends. Not sure why it happens. The way to bypass it is just scroll down a bit and it says "Play Frontierville." Hit that and the screen loads like normal.
I'm glad yours went away ... mine hasn't and I am beyond annoyed. I've removed every unnecessary permission, cleared cache, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The dang "comment" message is still there. It might be just fine for those of you hitting the "play" button and collecting your item - the problem is that not one of those is sent to the person requesting. This idea is plain idiotic!
What do you think of this issue? Should Zynga remove it immediately or do you think the issue will eventually subside?
The Pioneer Trail Stolen Flames Mission Guide
Is your homestead cold and dreary? Let the Roadrunners on the Pioneer Trail help you! Here is the exact message: "The nights are cold out on the frontier, especially for the wild critters. Legend has it that Roadrunner has decided to steal Fire and bring it back to warm the animals. Caring pioneers that help out can nab themselves their very own Roadrunner pet! The Quest is relatively straight forward. All you need to do is to clear ten rocks, chop trees 40 times, and ask for 15 flaming branches. Once that is done, you get a cool Roadrunner, 1000 coins, and 1000 XP. If you have any tips to share with us then feel free to use the comment form below! Here are some comments from our fellow readers.
Should be a quick one only hard thing is asking for the flaming branches and I dare say there will be a restriction to the number and amount of time between asking
Pfft. Frontier animals survive too tight costumes, badly colored fur jobs and oversized bow ties. Fire is nothing to them!

Where do I find the Mustangs on Pioneer Trail?
Earlier, we posted an article on how you can obtain your own Mustang on the Pioneer Trail! Apparently, some users have had trouble finding their prize after completing the quest. Don't worry! Your mustang is there in your inventory. However, rather than searching for the word Mustang, you have to look for the actual name of the horse you picked (e.g. Lightning Stallion, Rain Mare, and Sunbeam Filly). Hope this helps!
The Pioneer Trail Otter Milk Requests Issue
A user of the Frontierville Pioneer Trail has commented that he had difficulties in posting requests for otter milk. Either he gets no pop up to confirm the request, or the message box does not appear at all. Have you also been having this issue? Here are some comments from other Pioneer Trail users regarding the otter milk incident.
No, they don't click on it for the very reason you say - its just too many things to do right now. People that usually give stuff that don't give them a gift back, will no longer do so because of all the stuff you need right now. I have the same problem w my chapel etc but those can wait no prob - but its frustrating w the otter as it is a part of the trust mission. I wish they would give an ottermilk back given the load of stuff to do right now - or increase gifting from 50 while we try to complete all these Thanksgiving missions
I keep giving even after my 50 are used up, why not? If It does not take that much time. Even if my 50 are not used up, I click on sardines, ottermilk, etc just because I'm wired like that, if its there, I will click on it because I will not find it later when I'm done w my 50.
I am having a lot of difficulty posting requests for otter milk. I either get no popup when I click on my otter or I get the first one, but then no message to actually post.
Is the Trail on Frontierville Closing For Good?
One user on the Frontierville Pioneer Trail noticed the announcement above. People are now discussing whether the trail will be closed for good. Here are some comments from fellow Pioneer trail users regarding this situation. What do you think?
Maybe the trail link it's self is what is causing a bunch of us problem after problem. I kinda hate it's closing cause I can't stay in the game long enough to do anything anymore. Log in, do 2 things blasted internet. Now I'll have collections I can't finish.
The photo does only state Beaver Valley, High Plains, and Avalanche Pass. So perhaps the Fort is remaining and will be the hub for new/future trail maps?
I will never get the prize tickets i need to get what i want now, change the name of the game and only to take it away doesnt make sense.
